  The fact about penis enlargement pills is that they are all made from natural herbal ingredients. The Food and Drug Administration do not test herbal ingredients unless some forms of critical reactions or deaths occur and are attributed to the ingredient used.

  

  Take for example yohimbe which is used in some penis enlargement pills. Although yohimbe is said to increase the strength and duration of penile erections, clinical research shows that it is not always effective. And anyway, it does not increase the size of the penis. Consumer Reports magazine lists yohimbe among its ten most dangerous herbs. Derived from an African tree, yohimbe can be dangerous if used in excessive amounts. The side effects of yohimbe include high blood pressure, nervousness, insomnia and abnormal urination. More serious side effects may include kidney failure. Deaths have been reported.

  Damiana and tribulis terrestris are herbal ingredients often found in penis enlargement pills but do not enhance penis length. Tribulis terrestris is used to help increase muscle tissues but the penis does not have any muscles, so it is not really useful for penis enlargement.
